The Halle Companies, founded by Warren Halle, started in the carpentry contracting business in 1972. As the business grew, Mr. Halle decided to expand into the single family residential housing market. The addition of this activity and the demand for greater quality in this product led to the expansion of his contracting business to include drywall, concrete finishing and painting. As the residential building business flourished, the need for greater control of land inventory required the company to move into the acquisition and development of land. The Halle Companies have since developed over 15,000 residential lots and built several thousand residential homes.

Road, Sewer Upgrades on Track in Town Center

Three major infrastructure projects designed to allow for millions of square feet of new development in the Odenton Town Center are on track to be completed within the next two years, county officials and developers said. The projects include major sewer and water lines and the completion of Town Center Boulevard, which will connect Seven Oaks to the MARC Station and allow for a major new office park in northwest Odenton.
