Overview

    Located on approximately 850 acres of land, Seven Oaks is a Planned Unit Development that has been taking shape over the past several years.  Upon completion, Seven Oaks will have approximately 3,500 residential units and 5.5 million square feet of retail, commercial and office space.  Seven Oaks will be self-sufficient in the hearts of one of the nation's largest metropolitan areas.

Development

    The Halle Companies have developed Seven Oaks and put in several miles of roads, utilities and landscaping as well as developing residential lots for many of the national and local builders

Residential

    Approximately 550 acres of land is committed to residential development.  This land will contain approximately 3,500 homes, including single family detached, townhomes, back to backs, quads, condominiums and apartments.  Builders who have built and/or building in Seven Oaks include NVRyan, Richmond American, Coscan, Winchester, Pulte and USHomes.

Commercial

    Consisting of approximately 5.5 million square feet of retail, commercial and office space, Seven Oaks will have a variety of businesses and services.  In addition to the Weis Grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center, Seven Oaks has approximately 130 acres of Town Center zoned property.

Recreation

    Existing amenities include a Community Recreation Center with a swimming pool, kiddie pool, tot lot and tennis courts.  Other amenities scattered throughout Seven Oaks include tot lots, multi-purpose courts, tennis courts, ball fields, picnic areas, play areas and natural habitat.

    In addition, the two existing apartment communities within Seven Oaks provide additional recreation centers, swimming pools, tennis courts, picnic areas, indoor racquetball and tot lots.

Surroundings

    Seven Oaks is close to Fort Meade, NSA and the Baltimore Washington Airport.  It is conveniently located between Baltimore, Washington and Annapolis.
