Overview

Kingstowne is located on approximately 1,300 acres of land. Since the purchase of the Kingstowne in 1985 and the opening of the sales and information center in 1987, tremendous changes have taken place to transform Kingstowne into what it is today, a thriving new metropolitan city. The Halle Companies have made tremendous progress in the development of Kingstowne and are continually monitoring the overall concept to allow for consumer demands and the ever changing marketplace. |

The Halle Companies have developed Kingstowne by putting in several miles of roads, utilities and landscaping as well as developing residential lots for many of the national and local builders. It has also developed commercial property. |

Residential

The Halle Companies have successfully sold and settled approximately 5,500 residential lots in Kingstowne. Many types of residential homes have been built including single family detached homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments. |

Commercial

|
The Halle Companies have built and own four flex office building consisting of 177,763 square feet, three office buildings consisting of 221,285 square feet, and a 173,787 square foot shopping center anchored by a Giant Food Store. Restaurants in the Shopping Center include Starbucks, Papa John's, Shiro Japanese Steakhouse, Subway, Dairy Queen, Burger King, King's Buffet and Kentucky Fried Chicken. The Halle Companies have also built and own the 300,193 square foot Kingstowne Retail Towne Center anchored by Safeway, TJMaxx, Homegoods and Cost Plus World Market. Restaurants in the Towne Center include Panera Bread, Popeye's Chicken, Pizzeria Uno and Chipotle's. Other commercial properties in Kingstowne include Storage USA, United States Post Office, Wal-Mart and Kohl's Department Store. Construction will begin on a 16 screen theater, a 150,000 square foot office building and 20,000 square feet of additional retail in April, 2004. In addition to this, the site is approved for an additional 700,000 square feet of office space. |

Recreational amenities include several Recreation Centers, swimming pools, tot lots, ball fields, tennis courts, picnic areas and indoor racquet ball. There is also a golf center with miniature golf and a driving range. |

Located close to the Springfield Metro, immediate access to the Fairfax County Parkway and minutes to the Capital Beltway and I-95. Kingstowne is also close to Ft. Belvoir. |
