Position Title: Lead Superintendent

POSITION DUTIES:

· Oversee field operations for multifamily construction, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

· Lead and manage on-site construction activities for multifamily developments.

· Interpret and review design plans for accuracy and constructability.

· Train, mentor, and supervise field personnel.

· Maintain a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.

· Oversee and schedule municipal inspections through online portals.

· Evaluate scopes of work, assist with estimating, bidding, and budgeting.

QUALIFICATIONS: Six (6) years of experience as a Foreman, Crew Leader, Superintendent, Construction Laborer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or closely related.

Applicants must have Six (6) years of experience with:

· Multifamily Construction

Applicants must have four (4) years of experience with:

· Carpentry, including cabinetry and interior trim.

Applicants must have two (2) years of experience with:

· ProCore

Applicants must have demonstrative experience with:

· Leading and managing on-site construction activities for multifamily developments.

· Interpreting and reviewing design plans for accuracy and constructability, specifically multifamily construction plans, amenity design plans, and landscape architecture plans

· Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams.

· Maintaining a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance.

· Overseeing and scheduling municipal inspections through online portals.

· Navigating permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements with municipalities in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina.

· Evaluating scopes of work, assist with estimating, bidding, and budgeting.

· Synchronizing the Request for Information (RFI) and Submittal processes.

· Coordinating with land development, utility providers, accounting, and admin teams.
